You will not misuse CertsHQ, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. You will comply with applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant CertsHQ the right to process your data to provide and improve the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed per the selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Taxes may apply.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Support channels are described on our website.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

CertsHQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CertsHQ’s liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
